PRAYER OF PROTECTION

PRAYER OF PROTECTION, a good morning prayer or prayer at the beginning of fellowship.

In the name of Jesus Christ and by the power of His Cross, His Blood, and Resurrection, we bind up the power of all evil spirits and command them not to block our prayers or interfere with us in any way.  We bind up the powers of earth, air, water, fire, the netherworld and the satanic forces of nature.

We break any curses, hexes, and spells sent against us and declare them powerless, null and void.  We break the assignments of any spirits sent against us and send them to Jesus.

We bind and break off all interaction and communication in the world of evil spirits, as it concerns us and the ministry of Jesus Christ.

Lord, we ask you to bless our human opposition by sending Your Holy Spirit to lead them to repentance and salvation.

We ask You Lord for the protection of the shed blood of Jesus Christ over us.  Thank you, Lord, for your protection.

Please send your mighty angels to minister to us, to help us in this battle, to protect us, and to keep our feet from stumbling.  We ask Lord, that you guide us in our prayers, and that You share with us Your Spirit's power and compassion.  Lord, we ask that You be glorified in all things.  Amen.

PRAYER OF BREAKING FREE, a good prayer at the end of the day or when fellowship or prayer group breaks up to go home.

Lord Jesus, thank you for sharing with us your wonderful ministry of healing and reconciliation.  Thank you for the healings and freedom we have seen and experienced today.

We realize that the sickness and evil we encounter is more than our humanity can bear, so cleanse us of any sadness, negativity or despair that we may have picked up.  If our ministry has tempted us to anger, impatience or lust, please cleanse us of those temptations and replace them with your love, joy and peace.  If any evil spirits have attached themselves to us or oppressed us in any way, we command you spirits of earth, air, fire, water, the netherworld and the satanic forces of nature, to depart now - and go straight to Jesus Christ for him to deal with you as He will.

Come Holy Spirit, renew us - fill us anew with your power, your life, and your joy.  Strengthen us where we have felt weak and clothe us with your light.  Lord Jesus, please send your holy angels to minister to us and to our families - guard us and protect us from all diseases, sickness, harm and accidents.  We praise you now and forever, Father, Son and Holy Spirit.  We ask these things in your holy name Lord Jesus, that you may be glorified.  Amen!

Morning Prayer Heavenly Father 1-30-25

 Morning Prayer

Heavenly Father,

Thank You for this new day, for the breath in my lungs, and for the gift of life. I praise You for Your love, mercy, and faithfulness that are new every morning.

Lord, I surrender this day to You. Guide my steps, fill my heart with peace, and help me to walk in Your wisdom and grace. Strengthen me to face any challenges with faith and courage. Let my words and actions reflect Your love to those around me.

Protect me, my family, and my loved ones. Keep us safe from harm and lead us in Your perfect will. Fill me with joy, patience, and kindness so that I may be a blessing to others.

I trust in You, Lord, and I know that whatever comes my way, You are with me. May my thoughts be focused on You, and may I bring glory to Your name in all that I do.

In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen

Bible verses

"Two are better than one...for if they fall, one will lift up the other; but pity the one who is alone and falls and does not have another to help. Again, if two lie together, they keep warm; but how can one keep warm alone? And though one might prevail against another, two will withstand one. A threefold cord is not quickly broken."
- Ecc. 4:9-12

"Each will be like a shelter from the wind, a refuge from the storm, like streams of water in the desert, like the shade of a great rock in a weary land." -Is32:2

"Though the mountains be shaken and the hills be removed, yet my unfailing love for you will not be shaken nor my covenant of peace be removed, says the Lord, who has compassion on you." -Is 54:10-14

"Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, as in Christ, God forgave you. Be imitators of God, therefore, as dearly loved children and live a life of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God." -Eph 4:32-5:2

"He has showed you, Oh man, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God." - Micah 6:8

"Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love. This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him. This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins. Dear friends, since God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. No one has ever seen God, but if we love one another, God lives in us and his love is made complete in us." - 1 John 4:7-12

"The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face shine upon you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace." - Num 6:24-26

Have mercy on me, O God,

according to your great compassion
    blot out my transgressions. Psalms  51:1

But I am like an olive tree
    flourishing in the house of God;
I trust in God’s unfailing love
    for ever and ever. Psalms  52:8

God's greatness - bible study

By the word of the Lord the heavens were made,
    their starry host by the breath of his mouth. Psalms 33:6

——-

Your ways, God, are holy.  What god is as great as our God?
You are the God who performs miracles; you display your power among the peoples. Psalms 77:13-14

———

The heavens are yours, and yours also the earth;
    you founded the world and all that is in it. Psalms 89:11

———

He determines the number of the stars and calls them each by name. Great is our Lord and mighty in power; his understanding has no limit. Psalms 147:4-5

——-

Lord, our Lord,
    how majestic is your name in all the earth!
You have set your glory in the heavens. Through the praise of children and infants  you have established a stronghold against your enemies,  to silence the foe and the avenger. When I consider your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars, which you have set in place, what is mankind that you are mindful of them, human beings that you care for them? You have made them a little lower than the angels and crowned them with glory and honor. You made them rulers over the works of your hands;  you put everything under their feet: all flocks and herds, and the animals of the wild, the birds in the sky, and the fish in the sea, all that swim the paths of the seas. Lord, our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth! Psalms 8

—-
The Lord is in his holy temple;
    the Lord is on his heavenly throne.
He observes everyone on earth;
    his eyes examine them. Psalms 11:4

——-

For who is God besides the Lord?
    And who is the Rock except our God?
It is God who arms me with strength
    and keeps my way secure.
He makes my feet like the feet of a deer;
    he causes me to stand on the heights. Psalms 18:31-33

God’s Words of life on Anxiety

Do not be afraid, little flock, for your Father has been pleased to give you the kingdom. Luke 12:32

The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing.
He makes me lie down in green pastures,
he leads me beside quiet waters,  he refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right paths for his name’s sake. Even though I walk  through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me  in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. Surely your goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord  forever. Psalm 23

When anxiety was great within me,
    your consolation brought me joy. Psalms 94:19

Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7

Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near.  Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.  And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:5-7

Surely the righteous will never be shaken;
    they will be remembered forever. They will have no fear of bad news; their hearts are steadfast, trusting in the Lord. Their hearts are secure, they will have no fear; in the end they will look in triumph on their foes. Psalms 112:6-8

Anxiety weighs down the heart,
    but a kind word cheers it up. Proverbs 12:25

Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in me. john 14:1

“Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes? Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?  Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life? “And why do you worry about clothes? See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not labor or spin.  Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these.  If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you—you of little faith?  So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’  For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them.  But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own. Matthew 6:25-34

Yet the Lord says, “During the forty years that I led you through the wilderness, your clothes did not wear out, nor did the sandals on your feet. You ate no bread and drank no wine or other fermented drink. I did this so that you might know that I am the Lord your God.” Deuteronomy 29:5-6
